GO-KART RACING RULES & REGULATIONS
Motorsport Activities are inherently dangerous recreational activities, and there is significant risk of injury, disability or death. I understand that if I do not wish to be exposed to such risks, then I should not participate or be involved in any form in the Motorsport Activities. It is only because I am consenting to be exposed to such risk as a challenge and adventure, am participating/involving myself in the Arrive & Drive Event /meet.
Prime Kart Zone PRIVATE LIMITED will not tolerate or encourage any bumping or blocking of karts. Never stop on the track unless directed to by Track official. You must keep your hands on the steering wheel and feet inside the kart at all times. Individuals wearing a cast or sling will not be permitted to drive karts. The Participant shall be seated at all the times while participating in the go-kart activity. In the event of a spin out or engine stalling or any accident the marshal/ attendant will assist the Participant. When in the pit area, participants must comply with all safety briefing instructions and obey all verbal and signalled commands. The Participant with loose clothing including but not limited to sarees shall not be allowed to participate in the Go Kart sport. Further, ladies shall ensure that their hair is fastened at the back and ladies with loose long hair shall not be allowed unless their hair is well tucked in into their clothing. The following shall not be allowed to participate in the go-kart activity if :
– Participant not looking physically sound
– Pregnant Women
– People With Back or Neck ailments
– People with heart ailments or suffering with any other kind of ailments
– People in an intoxicated (i.e., drugs, alcohol) condition
– The Participant shall not use the accelerator (which is on the right) and the
break (which is on the left) at the same time.
Overweight customers shall not drive at high speeds as Karts can overturn and cause serious injuries. The Participants shall wear a helmet and other safety equipment’s provided by the operator. The participant will also ensure that the helmet strap is fastened and the visor is down. The Participant shall follow the instructions of the operator and its personnel. The Participant shall adhere to the speed restrictions and other conditions as may be imposed by the operator. Appropriate footwear must be worn: No high heels, flip flops or open toe shoes. No bare feet. The Participants should be payable for any damages caused to Go-kart, Helmet or other Safety Gears which is provided by Prime Kart Zone PRIVATE LIMITED while driving. No loose articles or items of clothing. All scarfs and/or long necklaces must be remove All drivers must wear a helmet with the strap fastened. All new drivers will receive a mandatory safety briefing session Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Coimbatore.
If you hit the tyres two times you will be strictly disqualified. Ladies with Scarves and Burkas are not allowed for go karting due to safety reasons. All drivers must wear the safety jacket provided
Reporting Time:
1. Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before their allotted time slot.
2. Late arrivals may result in reduced track time or cancellation of the session without a refund.
On-Ground Registration:
1. All participants must complete on-ground registration 10 minutes before the scheduled briefing.
2. A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory during registration. Signing of the indemnity waiver form is compulsory for participation.
3. Participants Under 18yrs of age Parents or Guardian is mandatory to sign the Indemnity & Physically Present at the venue.
Briefing Session:
1. A mandatory safety and track briefing of approximately 10 minutes will be conducted.
2. Participants who miss the briefing will not be allowed on track.
Helmet Area Protocol:
1. After the briefing, participants will proceed to the helmet and gear area (10 minutes allocated).
2. Helmets are compulsory. Own helmets are allowed only if they meet our safety standards.
General Conduct:
1. Any reckless or dangerous behaviour on or off the track will result in immediate disqualification.
2. Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the event is strictly prohibited.
Cancellations & Refunds:
1. No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
2. In case of event cancellation due to weather or safety reasons, an alternate date or refund will be offered.
Photography & Media:
By participating, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
